1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ERNE platform ("erne.dev"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ERNE is a community platform for React Native and Expo developers. It provides news aggregation, community forums, job listings, package tracking, repository monitoring, and related developer tools.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post spam, malware, or misleading content
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Scrape or crawl the platform in a disruptive manner
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant ERNE a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for content you submit.

6. Intellectual Property

The ERNE name, logo, and platform design are the property of ERNE. Third-party trademarks, logos, and content belong to their respective owners. Code snippets shared on the platform are governed by their individual licenses.

7. Moderation and Termination

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these terms. Decisions are made at our discretion. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

ERNE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
